What People Say

Most Liked

The jerky at Perk N Jerk is nothing short of legendary, winning multiple awards and gaining loyal fans over the years. Flavors like lemon pepper and Hawaiian BBQ have locals raving—truly a must-try!

Coffee lovers appreciate the carefully crafted beverages, ranging from French roasts to almond milk lattes. Many visitors note the standout cloud coffee, a creamy and velvety delight that’s quickly becoming a favorite. The friendly staff enhances the experience with their welcoming demeanor and willingness to share samples, inviting patrons to explore the robust flavors on offer. The casual atmosphere encourages conversation, inviting visitors to linger a little longer.

Most Disliked

Some visitors find the jerky can be overly spicy for their taste, especially the Scorpion and 3 Horsemen varieties. While many enjoy the challenge, newcomers should approach these flavors with caution.

Occasionally, the drive-through line can become busy during peak hours, which may lead to longer wait times. This is a small trade-off for such delicious offerings, but it’s worth noting for those in a hurry. Additionally, although the seating is cozy, it can sometimes feel crowded during lunchtime, as locals flock to the establishment for their daily fix.

We stop here every time we are in Roswell; it’s a must. The jerky is amazing and my husband won’t eat any other jerky now that he’s had theirs. Also, we tried a new coffee called a cloud coffee and you should take that chance and just try it. It’s like a cold creamy velvety cappuccino! I got mine with no flavor, as I wanted to try it just plain to give my honest opinion and wow, I may just get it that way every time!

I love stopping by the coffee shops of places I visit, and this is gonna be one I remember for a long time. The conversations were great, and the coffee top-notch. Since I'm vegan, I didn't get to try to the jerky, but my friends gave an overwhelming approval for that too. I was really happy they were able to make an almondmilk latte for me, because I would have truly missed out otherwise. The coffee balanced all its elements wonderfully and was an absolute delight to taste. If you're passing by Roswell and need a drink, please stop by here!

We stayed in Roswell on the way to Santa Fe just to stop here in the morning. The owner is very friendly and serves great products. Absolutely delicious coffee and the best jerky we've EVER had. Hawaiian BBQ is a must have. Will be ordering a shipment of jerky to our home state soon!

Family owned businesses! Very friendly and welcoming. Got to try a couple samples and the hottest of the hot is the 3 horse man! Hottest jerky or food Iv tried! If you want to test your self give it a shot! Coffee and smoothies are great too!! 100% would recommend over any franchise

coffee was really really good. he had all kinds of flavors. Jerky is really good too. Beware of Scorpion and 3 Horseman jerky; they're extremely spicy but also good flavor.

I mean...when you see a drive-through coffee and beef jerky spot, you HAVE to stop, right? This is a quintessential (non-alien) Roswell experience, and I'm SO glad I stopped by! I arrived less than an hour before closing, but I managed to luck out with the flavors of jerky I wanted - Mike (the owner) still had them on hand! My fiancé is a fan of beef jerky and I wanted to bring some back to him in Orlando. He requested the Carne Asada, which I wouldn't have chosen for myself but it ended up being one of my favorite flavors. I also ordered the sea salt and pepper (ingredients: beef, sea salt, pepper) and the green chile. Mike didn't have any left in the fridge, but he benevolently went out to the smoker to see if the green chile was ready, and I got it so fresh we couldn't zip the bag closed until it cooled completely. Such great customer service. And it's so delicious! I also tasted a few other flavors, and they were all amazing. My surprise favorite was the lemon pepper. This is BY FAR the most superior beef jerky I've had. I hope my parents come back on my behalf! We topped off the experience with raspberry hot chocolate. Although I'm not a coffee at 4pm kinda gal, the fact they have Black Rifle Coffee is also a bonus in my book! I highly recommend stopping in!

We stopped because the name was funny, but the coffee and Italian cream sodas were out of this world. The barista (and jerky jerk? lol) was so nice and made great recommendations. Highly recommend! Also they have almond and oat milk for nondairy peeps
